This modern and wonderful apartment is located in a separate building, on the seaside of famous Calle Carabeo. The apartment sits on the second floor and consists of one bedroom with double bed and a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. Large living room with sofa, TV, dining area and a newly renovated open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, toaster and microwave oven. The cherry on top is the 50m2 roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and coastal line. You can also clearly see Balcon de Europa and the city centre of Nerja. The terrace features a BBQ, sun beds and lounge area. There is a communal pool in the patio area of the complex. The access to the roof terrace is through a rather steep staircase. Therefore, the apartment is not recommended for people with limitations in mobility, as well as families with toddlers, due to the risk on the roof terrace.
