Light and airy town house in sought after Parador area. Just a short walk from the centre of Nerja and the famous Balcon de Europa. The property on the ground floor has two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The other with twin beds, and a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a large lounge with Juliet balcony with views of the sea. There is a large kitchen with patio doors onto a good-sized terrace area which overlooks the attractive communal gardens. Guests have a communal swimming pool to relax & enjoy. Access to this area is by a key fob which is located in the house.
